Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Terroirizer Wine's shipping, storage, and curated collections.
How do you ensure the quality of the wine during shipping?
We use temperature-controlled packaging and specialized insulated liners to protect your wine from extreme heat or cold. During periods of extreme weather, we may hold your shipment until conditions are safe for transit to ensure the integrity of the terroir.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, an adult signature (21+) is required for all wine deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address or a local pickup point if you are not home during the day to prevent the wine from sitting on a delivery truck.
What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?
If you receive a bottle that is corked or physically damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for the affected bottle upon verification.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number from our specialized wine courier so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
Which states do you currently ship to?
Due to state-specific alcohol regulations, we currently ship to most US states except for Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Utah. Please check our shipping page for the most up-to-date list of compliant regions.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
For optimal preservation, we recommend storing your bottles in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature of 55°F (13°C). Bottles with natural corks should be stored on their side to keep the cork moist and maintain a tight seal.
