Sauvignon Box

Sauvignon Box is a slightly oxidative version of Audrey's "B" cuvée, which is her classic Touraine Sauvignon Blanc that sees a little extra élevage in barrel. Originally this cuvée happened by accident when Audrey was traveling and the bung from one of the barrels popped off. After tasting the wine she noticed that it added a new layer of complexity that she quite liked so now does it every year.

Audrey Pilorget

Audrey Pilorget was a winegrower for 20 years in Alsace when she was married to Christian Binner. After a 9 year interlude as a wine merchant in Paris, she returned to her original love by settling in the Loir-et-Cher.

Since 2019, she has been making wines without any additives, from organic, biodynamic, and above all non-interventionist agriculture.

All the wines are vinified without any chemical or mechanical intervention (no racking, no sulfites, no filtration). Long maturation is the rule: between 18 months and 2 years for the whites and one year for the reds.
