Tout Va Bien

Jeux de Vins is a side project by Julien Albertus of Kumpf et Meyer, another favorite producer of ours from Alsace, France. While Julien manages and farms all of the vineyards behind the wines of Kumpf et Meyer, Jeux de Vins is his négoce project, meaning that he partners with other organic/biodynamic farmers that focus on raising healthy vines, but don't make wine themselves, so they sell their fruit to Julien to turn the raw fruit into wine. Always searching for new ways to express the full potential of his varietals as naturally as possible, Albertus makes his wine in a local cave on the outskirts of Rosheim—its cool climate perfect for production

Tout Va Bien is 100% Pinot Auxerrois. Auxerrois (or Pinot Auxerrois) is a white wine grape variety that is pretty unfamiliar to most folks, but is grown fairly extensively in Alsace. As a wine, Auxerrois is more full-bodied and less crisp than its Alsatian cousins, Pinot Blanc and Riesling. You can expect plenty of citrus flavors, often with a rich, musky aroma profile. As it ages, it can take on honeyed flavors and will deepen in color. Tout Va Bien is direct press pinot auxerrois, 9 months elevage in foudre. Julien describes the wine as "une pure merveille de buvabilité", which translates to "highly chuggabble."
