Claude Courtois is a peasant winemaker surrounded by his animals and always accompanied by his dog. Fascinating, passionate, playful, communicative, and respectful of his interlocutor, he takes you into a world of virtues, ideals, and righteousness. Just like his wines, marked by tension, mineral or acid, frankness, and complexity. Today, his son, Etienne Courtois, accompanies him and vinifies all the cuvées except Racines. The new generation is on the march, Claude is proud of it and will finally be able to take care of nothing but... his garden!
