Les Réves Oubliés is the duo of Nadia Beaune & Maxime Gros, an Auvergnat couple that earned their stripes working with iconic winemakers such as Christian Ducroux, François Dhumes, Michel Guignier, and Catherine Dumora. Situated in the Cotes-du-Forez, a high altitude volcanic zone of the Auvergne, Nadia and Max care for 3.5 hectares of vines planted to Gamay Saint Romain and a hybrid grape called Seibel 54-55. The wines are wild, free, beautiful, and show much promise of a bright future for this young couple.
