Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache, & Cinsault from 30-60 year-old biodynamically cultivated vines in Pic Saint-Loup. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment 80% destemmed, 20% whole-bunch with a 15-day maceration in stainless steel vats prior to pressing and an élevage of 9-12 months in concrete vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
