Hellcider

A funky, tannic cider made from apples purchased from Normandy. Vincent Marie of No Control is a Normandy native, now making wine in the Auvergne. Wanting to make the drink his home region is famed for he got apples and did just that. Applying the same non-interventionist techniques as he does with his wines, this is made with wild yeasts and no additives.
